SHIELD+ FRP-001 + FRO-001 fire rated penetration can be pre-fabricated and delivered as a complete fire rated system, which minimized site installation process to improve productivity and reduce risk exposure due to safety. Moreover, it has thin profile which helps to ease tight and restricted installation area. It is suitable for all types of metal pipe penetrations.

SHIELD+ fire rated penetration is a proven alternative to save manpower, cost and time. The product can provide up to 240 minutes fire resistance integrity, stability & insulation in accordance to BS476 Part 20 standard. It is also tested in accordance to SCDF Fire Code 2018, Chapter 3, Clause 3.9.3 : No melting sign on the pipes when it was subjected to 1200 °C.
